We haven't seen a Judge Dredd HeroClix dial since IndyClix, which is really too bad. IndyClix was a great set by it's own right, striking the right balance of fun and utility. Thankfully, we've got the Quintessential Series to make the dials come to life!
Judge Dredd is a pretty straight forward dial, coming in at just 90 points. Dredd has never been meant to be a tentpole piece, but rather a good secondary attacker as seen by his starting clicks of Running Shot and three clicks off Toughness. He's also a Sharpshooter and has the 2000AD Team Ability (of course)! It's too bad Wizkids never saw fit to redo that Team Ability to be more like the Marvel/DC ones.

As I said, Dredd's dial is pretty straight forward, but his versatility with 4 clicks of Lawgiver gives him lots of ranged options. If you've ever seen the movie, you'll understand how that weapon works -- hence he can choose between Energy Explosion, Precision Strike, or Ranged Combat Expert. Having all these option is what makes Dredd a real nice piece to add to any team (versatility wins HeroClix games!).
Of course, the little bits of Perplex and Outwit help too, and some fine Blades/Claws/Fangs at the very end to potentially hit for 6!
