Willow is a sorceress wannabe that typically knows just enough to be dangerous. Sure, she became uber powerful by the end of the season, but typically she was a loveable nerd who lacked confidence to do things quite right. She is represented here with some Perplex and the CSA team ability – she’s not very good with magic just yet.

I'm with omni42 here. He didn't have superpowers, but he was out there all the time fighting the big bads, no matter how much he got beat up. I'd go a little lighter on the stats, though. He was always helping out the team, and sometimes in innovative ways (wrecking ball!) Space Phantom stats would show him tying up the opponent, even if only a minute before he gets punched. And the Shapechange could be that rare chance that he manages not to get punched, to tie them up for another moment.

totally disagree, Xander always jumped into the middle of fights. Fighting gods and monsters and such, I'd give him a 9 attack, 17 defense with toughness, and flurry to represent his 'rapid girly slapping' attack. As Buffy once said 'more field time than the entire watchers council.'
